George Cookware Limited Warranty (US Only)

George Cookware offers a one-year limited warranty for products purchased directly from George Cookware. If a product is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal, non-professional use and proper care, George Cookware will repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty applies only within the United States.

To request a warranty claim, contact help@georgecookware.com with proof of purchase, your contact details, and a description of the issue. If approved, you must return the product properly packaged and prepaid. If an exact replacement is unavailable, a comparable item of equal or greater value may be provided, potentially in a different color.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Abuse, neglect, improper use, overheating, or commercial/professional use.

Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, stains) that do not affect function.

Damage from improper storage, thermal shock, accidents, or natural disasters.

Interior/exterior coating damage due to excessive heat, sharp utensils, or improper cleaning.

Non-stick deterioration, warping, or metal separation from prolonged heat exposure.

Damage from abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, bleach, or similar products.

Non-defective components of multi-piece products.

This warranty applies only to the original US purchaser or recipient (if gifted) and is non-transferable. Products bought from unauthorized sellers are not covered. George Cookware may use refurbished or reconditioned parts for warranty replacements, warranting them for the remainder of the original term.

Limitation of Liability

George Cookware's liability is limited to repair or replacement. George Cookware is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
