Ricotta, Arugula + Pesto Pizza

Ingredients:

Toppings: 

  • Ricotta
  • Pesto
  • Arugula
  • Basil

Method: 

  1. Preheat your oven with a George Baking Steel at 550 degrees for at least 30 minutes. Remove your pizza dough from the fridge at least 2 hours before cooking.
  2. Shape your pizza dough on your floured George Pizza Peel. Transfer it to your George Baking Steel.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the crust is deep golden brown and charred spots have formed. 
  4. Add a thin layer of the ricotta, a drizzle of pesto, arugula, and basil.
  5. Finish with more olive oil, salt, pepper and enjoy!
