Ricotta, Arugula + Pesto Pizza

Method:
- Preheat your oven with a George Baking Steel at 550 degrees for at least 30 minutes. Remove your pizza dough from the fridge at least 2 hours before cooking.
- Shape your pizza dough on your floured George Pizza Peel. Transfer it to your George Baking Steel.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the crust is deep golden brown and charred spots have formed.
- Add a thin layer of the ricotta, a drizzle of pesto, arugula, and basil.
- Finish with more olive oil, salt, pepper and enjoy!
