Goat Cheese, Grape, and Arugula Flatbread



Ingredients:
- 1 Recipe Yeast or Sourdough Pizza Dough, remove from the fridge 2 hours before cooking
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, torn
- 2 oz crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup grapes, sliced in half
- arugula
- grapes, goat cheese, olive oil, and balsamic glaze for topping
Method:
- Place your steel in the oven, and preheat to 550.
- Place the pizza dough in a bowl of flour, shake off the excess, and stretch out into a thin oval shape, with a slightly thicker border. Place onto your lightly floured George Pizza Peel.
- Top with the mozzarella, goat cheese, and grapes.
- Transfer onto your George Baking Steel, turn the oven to broil, and bake until deep golden brown with charred spots, 4-8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Top with the arugula, remaining grapes, crumbled goat cheese, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
