Marinated Olive and Feta Pizza

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup green olives, pitted
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled into long strips
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup feta in brine, crumbled
  • Sourdough pizza crust (have this link to crust recipe)

Directions:

  1. Lightly crush the olives using the side of your knife.
  2. Place the garlic cloves, lemon peel, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat until the garlic and olives are sizzling in the pan.
  3. Bake the sourdough pizza crust on your preheated George Baking Steel for 9 minutes or until deep brown with a nice char.
  4. Top your sourdough pizza crust with the warm marinated olives and crumbled feta.
  5. Enjoy!
